HISTORY 

Back in February 2007, I started designing a mic preamp that will rival the sound quality of many high-end preamps.

 

By using the latest chip products, doing extensive R&D work, and repeated prototyping and testing, I think I succeeded! The SC-1 preamp was born.

 

The SC-1 mic preamp is available in KIT form, saving you money by not paying for labor costs. And by selling directly to buyers (i.e. you - without any middle-men markup), you get further money savings.... In short, you get an inexpensive preamp, without sacrificing QUALITY!

 

We have sold hundreds of these kits in the past few months. They're now in use in home studios and pro recording studios, from Nashville to Los Angeles to New York, to all over North America, Europe, and Asia! User feedback has been great!
