The DP-1010 Mic Preamp is a clean, low-noise, digitally-controlled mic preamp offered as a DIY kit. The kit includes all the boards, parts and modules listed on this page.

The DP-1010 Mic Premp Kit includes the boards, parts, and pre-assembled PGA, DRV, and MCU Modules pictured below.

All Male and Female XLR jacks, Knobs, OLED Displays, Ribbon Cables are also included.

NOTE: If you select "Fully Assembled", you'll receive all the individual modules fully assembled and tested (Logic Board, Preamp Board, XLR.IO Board, MCU Module, DRV Module, PGA Module. You will still need a Rack Case and Power Supply Kit and Power Transformer to complete your preamp build.

What is included in the kit?

The DP-1010 Mic Preamp Kit consists of the XLR.IO Board, Preamp Board, pre-assembled PGA Module, pre-assembled DRV Module, Logic Board, OLED Display, Switches, Microprocessor Board and all parts and components. Since this is a DIY kit, some assembly is required. Please note - A power supply is not included in the kit and is a separate purchase, or use your own.

NOTE: You will receive a Preamp Board PCB version with alloted space for Input and Output transformers. Carnhill Input and Output Transformers not included with this kit.

What are the power supply requirements?

The kit requires the following voltages: +16V, -16V and +48V for the phantom power. You can use the FiveFish PSU-2448Plus+ kit with a 30VA Power Transformer. It will have enough power and some spare to power two (2) channels.

I am not the DIY type or don't feel confident building this myself. Can you build it for me?
