NOTICE: Our small business is currently navigating a family emergency, and we have decided to pause all business activity for the time being, effective Friday, September 8th, 2023. If you placed an order with us before this date, you can still expect to receive your item in a timely manner, as all outstanding orders have been shipped. Thank you for your patience as we hold on operations, and we look forward to providing you quality products as soon as we are able to resume!

We test all pre-assembled 500 Series Modules before shipping them to our customers. 

For Pre-Assembled, Ready-Made Modules, if the product you received is defective, please contact us for a replacement. You'll need to send the defective unit back to us. But chances of you receiving a defective unit is very rare unless they're damaged during shipment. All pre-assembled 500 Series Modules are tested before shipping them to our customers. If the product you received is defective and damaged during shipment, we will pay for return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost. 

Returns are only allowed If you ordered blank PCBs and/or Kits, and have *NOT* soldered/assembled it. Only blank PCBs that are unused may be returned. All return shipping charges are the customer's responsiblity. Please allow 2-7 days for your payment refund to your PayPal account. We do not issue check refunds.  

We will not misdeclare, mark as gift, or reduce the value of items shipped Internationally. Any custom duties are the customer's responsiblity.  We cannot know  beforehand how much your country's customs will charge you for import duties, if any.  

 

MIC PREAMP KITS. We try to ship unassembled kits within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) after payment is received. In certain cases, there may be delays (for example: Out of stock, waiting for parts, special order items, etc.)

READY-MADE OR PRE-ASSEMBLED MIC PREAMPS & 500 SERIES MODULES. Please allow 2-3 weeks lead time for pre-assembled modules and kits after payment is received. Sometimes, there will be a surge in incoming orders (after someone posts a  review of our products on boards, forums, social networks, etc), and lead-time could extend up to 4 weeks.

All modules are carefully hand-made here in the USA. We don't export production of our modules to other countries. So thank you in advance for your patience. 

MIC PREAMP KITS - NO PARTIAL SHIPMENTS. Please note, we can't ship your kit or order if there is a missing part. We do not do partial kit shipments. In certain cases, we may allow partial shipments at our discretion. Shipping charges for the extra shipment will be at our expense unless arranged otherwise. 

LEAD TIME. Our kits require several components that come from multiple suppliers. If certain components required in the kit or module are out-of-stock, the lead time will reflect how many days or weeks it will take for the supplier to ship the component/part. This is just an estimate and not a guaranteed time. Note that PRE-ASSEMBLED, READY-MADE modules and kits will always have a lead time. See note above.

ALL ORDERS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. If you place an order when there is a lead time (i.e. a component/part required is out of stock or the preamp needs to be assembled), you'll be the first to receive the kit when the part becomes available again. Preamp orders will be shipped out in the order it was received.

PAYPAL ONLY. You can pay by credit card via Paypal. We only accept payment via Paypal. No bank transfers, money order, or check payments except in special circumstances.

We also do not keep any payment information like credit card number, bank account number, or debit card number. All these payment information are secured and kept safe by PayPal. See Paypal.com for more details about Paypal's security.

ORDERS ARE PAID IN FULL AND IN ADVANCE. Your Paypal or credit card will be charged when you place your order, NOT when we ship the order. 

IF THIS IS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM FOR YOU, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Wait until the kit or module becomes available again. But you'll have to wait at the end of the line. All orders are first-come, first serve. Note that PRE-ASSEMBLED, READY-MADE modules and kits will always have a lead time. See note above.
