So I accidentally shorted my 48v output and blew at least capacitor C14 (that was the only component visibly fried). I don't have anoterh 63V 1uF cap on hand so I was going to just disable the 48V output for now. Can I just disconnect IC2 until I get some replacement caps? My other outputs seem to be OK.

Do you mean C14 or C4?

C14 is for the +18V.

C4 is for the +48V.

What happened? Did you short the +48V to the +18V line?

Hrm no it was definitely C14. Strange because my +18V was still working. I shorted +48V to ground and then my 48V would only stay at 70V no matter how much I turned the pot. I guess that means I blew out the IC1?

Can I get away with a 50V cap for C14? It doesn't go above 31V even with the pot turned all the way.

Yes. It's not regulating anymore.
