I hope that by 'busy' you mean that they're selling well. :)

Right now I'm just happy I'm at least selling something. "Busy" is now a relative term ever since October 08... i.e. since the AIG, Bearns, and now Madoff fiasco.... :)

What kind of rack are you using in the pics?

They're DIY racks from BigRackAudio.com

All that's there is a place holder for the domain name. Did they go out of business?

That figures. Anyway, I need to find a rack to house some of your 500 series modules when I get the money together. Preferably something that won't cost too much and has 10-12 slots.

If everything sounds as good as I hope it does, I'd like to add more modules down the road.

I was looking around on the net and found the GroupDIY 51x Alliance is getting the parts together to make a decently priced rack. Just what I was looking for. I also saw you were part of the group. I don't suppose you'll be carrying these when they are available, will you?

Someone else will be carrying them here in the US. But I don't think it's ready yet. Getting close though.

Just a note: PSU is not included with the rack.

One of your power supplies could be used, though, right?

Yes you could use my PSU kit.

I recommend using a beefier power transformer though.. maybe a 60VA (instead of the 30VA I sell). - plus of course, you need a case for the PSU.

Sorry to resurrect such an old topic...

Owel - I just purchase the 51x kit. It should be on my doorstep tomorrow. I plan to house the PSU in it's own rack-mount case and would like to buy the PSU stuff from you as much as possible. Do you recommend your 2448 or the 4448 kit? I assume you do not sell the beefier 60 amp transformer and I'd have to source that elsewhere? Any other suggestions for using your PSU kit to power the 51x case?

Thanks!
Jon
