Hello, is there anyone out there?

Anywho, just toying with the idea of buying & building a 2448Mk2 to power a DAC diy kit that I've just purchased of eBay, rather than using just any old wall wart. Mainly for re-discovering the joys of DIY but also to see if I can squeeze anymore out of my music collection. Any comments?
