what are the specs on those voltage regulators? cuz I could find the parts at my local electronics shop or radio shack?

LM317AHV
and LM337T

my local parts shop sold me the "NTE957" for the negative regulator and the "NTE956" for the posative regulator and I got a LM317T at radio shack. I am dropping these in the appropriate spots on the board, but will the work correctly!?!?!?

Probably not. The NTE parts may have different pin-outs.
