 Post subject: Can't get Phantom above 20V

I assembled the kit dialed it in but can't get the trimmer for the 48 to get above 20V. Where do I start to troubleshoot. I am using the fivefish transformer. :?:

I am having the exact same issue. I was successful in dialing in the other voltages but my phantom Power Trimmer will not allow me to get past 20v.
