I am having difficulty packing these rack cases.

I ship them to you unassembled and broken down. I take care of protecting the panels and especially the front plate from scratches and what not.

But I don't have a system in place yet where I can pack a rack case order efficiently and quickly. I'm experimenting still.

There are 2 scenarios...

1. people ordering just the case
2. people ordering the case and some other kits

I think I have a system in place for #2, but for people ordering just the case, the box I'm using for #2 is too big.

I've ordered another size box for option #1, and we'll see if this will help.

Also ordered some packing peanuts (actually, it's called flo-pak) and they don't disintegrate and cling to everything like regular strofoam.

The UPS guy has been a regular visitor delivering boxes and packing materials lately.
