 Post subject: voltage regulators? What goes where?

According to the assembly instructions
Build Notes: CAUTION: The positive voltage regulator is labeled LM317. The negative voltage regulator is labeled LM337. DO NOT INTERCHANGE THE TWO PARTS!!!

How do you know what goes where. Is the location based on the testing points on the PCB?

Yup. The test points do line up with them.

The LM317 is the V+ regulator.
The LM337 is the V- regulator.
