well thanks to the amazing customer support from Five Fish all four of my preamps FIRED up, passed signal, are quiet as all get out and SOUND AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks again for the help and the forum support for a beginning DIY'er I cannot wait to start a session with these bad bears and see what the results will be
